Short and without small print: playing is free, the supporter unlock is a one-time purchase, and this is what comes with it.

The games

The games are provided as they are, for entertainment. Some of them are drinking games; those are meant for adults of legal drinking age. Drink responsibly and never drive under the influence.

We may change the games and these terms. There is no warranty; use is at your own risk.

The supporter unlock

The unlock is a one-time purchase of EUR 7.99. No subscription, no account: you pay once and it stays. It opens up your own word lists and decks, named groups, themes and card backs, and the score history. One purchase covers the whole table; guests never pay.

After payment your key appears on screen right away. That key is your proof of purchase; it stays on your own device and carries the email address you paid with. If you lose it, mail supporter@sofun.party from that address and it will be sent back to you.

Payment and the sale run through Stripe. Stripe is the formal seller (merchant of record) and takes care of VAT and the receipt.

Immediate delivery and the cooling-off period

The unlock is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By buying you consent to that immediate delivery and waive the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Not happy after all? Mail supporter@sofun.party within 14 days and you get your money back, no forms and no questions.

On another device

The purchase lives as a key on the device you paid on. On a second phone, in another browser or after clearing your browser data you restore it: open the supporter page and paste your key. There is no device limit — you pay once, not per device.

If you lose the key, mail supporter@sofun.party from the email address you paid with and it will be sent back to you.

If it does not work

If something stays locked after your payment, or restoring fails, mail supporter@sofun.party with the email address you paid with. If we cannot get it working, you get your money back — for 7.99 euro we are not going to argue about something that does not do what it promises.

What we do not promise

We do our best to keep the games reachable and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or flawless operation on every device. Our liability does not go beyond the amount you paid. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer in any case.

Changes

If these terms change, that applies to purchases made after the change. What you bought does not change with it.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot work it out together, your statutory consumer rights remain open — but we would rather you mail us first at supporter@sofun.party.
